Carelli's Pizzeria Pasta: Experience Exceptional Italian Cuisine in Craig, CO

Hadn’t made it at all in since the new owners bought it. Finally tried it today. The Stromboli was amazing! There was a lot of food, and it was really good. The quality of ingredients was excellent, not a lot of grease from the meats, the cheese was abundant and melty. Definitely recommend!!

I'm originally from Joliet, Illinois just outside of Chicago so I know good pizza and one thing you will find here is not just good pizza but great pizza and to top it off they serve the best chicken parm I've ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor and stop in you won't regret it. The owners are some of the nicest people i know as well .

I truly enjoyed their style of pizza here. The people there are very friendly and it has a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy fantastic quality food!!! I plan on going more frequently!!

Awesome experience! Excellent food! This restaurant has a variety of trained chefs that provide a wide array of selections with exceptional skill. We had the stromboli, fettuccine Alfredo, and a slice of cheese. They have quick options by the slice, pastas and whole pies to order, plus a very easy and welcoming ordering process. We chose to sit down to eat and the chef Tony was incredible to interact with. His stories, passion, and drive to bring outstanding food to this small town made our experience an absolute pleasure.

Awesome casual dining, perfectly crispy crusted pizza and the pasta was also delicious! Very happy we went here. The “widowmaker” is a personal favorite!

All I can say is WOW!!! The Pizza I've always been searching for!!! If you want authentic New York Pizza look no further, the owners are incredible warm folks who are a joy to visit with and know their stuff about pie!!! The dough is exquisite with the perfect chew and a flavor that stands alone, and the sauce is subtle but delicious and marries the whole pie together in a perfect harmony. World Class Pizza! Craig Colorado you got a Great One!!!

Outstanding in EVERY way. Anthony the owner and chef is awesome. He comes out to meet everyone and wants to get to know you. His food is NY authentic Italian cuisine. They sell pizza by the slice as well as whole pies. We were a party of 7 and Kim and staff took great care of us. The food is incredible. We had lasangna and it was like my Italian Mom used to make with NY style ricotta cheese and everything. Their pizza was amazing along with their sandwiches. There were half dozen or so take out orders just while we were there. Its no wonder as to why they are busy. Definitely, our new go to place in Craig.

The best pizza I have had since I moved from NY 3 1/2 years ago. The owners are the sweetest people and talk to you as if they have known you for years - treat you just like family. Prices are very reasonable and a great place to have a family lunch or dinner. There are plenty of menu options for all and "free" soda refills.
